Actually, Yes. The easiest way that i found was to listen to simple beats and rythms as practice. and as they get more difficult keep practicing till there easy, and add your own variety to them and make your own style great practice method, give it a try.

lol... Well, even tho I dont play drums I played trumpet for I think 3 years... I dont remember how long. But Once you get into music you are able to hear the beat in a lot of songs. So if you have troble with drums, then maybe you should start off with a simpler thing. If you are worried that that will to long, then maybe you shouldnt be trying. Music takes pratice, But like I said,(Im not trying to sound mean) But once you play one thing, everything else seems easier. Try to listen to the drums in songs. Tune out all the other stuff. Except bass, bass helps drums. Also once you are able to hear the beats, do that thing where you listen to something and act like your playing drums. lol. I do that sometimes, its like air guitar but with drums. And try to follow the musics beat. After that work on keeping you beat steady. And not making it speed up and slow down, and if your REALLY wanting help, then do a google search and maybe you can find some tips there too.
